With so many hair styling tools on the market, it is hard to know which ones to choose. Plus, so many of them can cause a big hit to your wallet. Fortunately, there are so many amazing (and affordable) hair styling tools available. You can get the quality you want in a tool without having to break the bank!
Affordable Hair Styling Tools
Before you get started styling, we wanted to share an awesome towel that helps dry wet hair in a jiffy without damaging it. The Aquis Waffle Luxe Hair Turban ($40) is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. This is a hair lifesaver. Made from super-absorbent luxury aquitex material, woven from ultra-fine fibers. Simply wrap shower-wet hair in the towel, the turban fits snugly on your head and wicks moisture away. The result is less frizz and breakage.
With Aquis, you’ll never wrap your hair in a bulky towel again!
TIGI Bed Head Hair Dryer and Flat Iron
The BED HEAD Attention Grabber 1″ Tourmaline Ceramic Straightener ($29.99) definitely fights frizz and provides a smooth look. It feels comfortable in my hand, and does not get too hot. Honestly, I am impressed at how effective this hair tool is – it compares in quality to more expensive straighteners like T3 and GHD. There are a few heat settings which I like as well.
I usually don’t spend a ton of money on blow dryers, so was glad to see the BED HEAD Mind Blower 1875 W. Tourmaline Ceramic Dryer is priced at an affordable $34.99. ). And you can’t really beat the fun colors. But does it work? Well, it was pretty powerful and dried my hair in about 10 minutes, cutting down on my average blow dry time of 25 minutes. It had a few heat settings so it did not get too hot. I tried the attachment as well and was able to dry hair more quickly. I am a fan of this hair dryer!
Revlon PRO Collection Soft Feel Ceramic Curling Iron
I have been using the Revlon PRO Collection™ Soft Feel™ Tourmaline Ceramic Curling Iron ($24.99) for a few months now, and love it for getting bouncy curls. The iron heats up fast, making my morning routine a bit smoother. The heat is even and the result is frizz-free curls. I especially love the feel of the handle – super soft! My daughter loves this curling iron as well.
Conair Flip Side Brush
Intrigued by the multi-tasking ability of the Conair Flip Side Brush ($12.99), I knew I had to try this. It is larger than most paddle brushes, but that is because it offers twice the styling power! To use, simply style wet hair with the nylon-bristle side, then flip to the boar bristle side for dry hair. Used in conjunction with a great blow dryer, the flip side brush helps cut drying time with it’s two-in-one design. I am a big fan of multi-tasking tools, and use this brush all the time now.
Another awesome flat iron choice is the John Frieda Sleek Finish Flat Iron ($54.99). Advanced ionic conditioning enhances manageability to transform dull, lifeless hair into smooth, sleek strands. It has extra-long floating plates which allow for more plate-to-hair contact, resulting in faster styling. It heats up to 455 degrees, has true ceramic technology and 11 professional digital settings. This is an essential tool for busy, in-a-hurry mornings. I turn it on, run through top layers of hair a few times and voila, it does not look like I just woke up anymore!
