Seba Med For Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin is already difficult enough, so toss in the harsh climate in Seattle and you have a recipe for skin disaster. It’s common nowadays to see many people suffering from various skin conditions, whether it’s just from the climate or from some other challenging skin conditions. I, myself, suffer from skin problems, but nothing is worse than my keratosis pilaris on my arms and legs. This condition is commonly hereditary, and it resembles small, red bumps on the affected areas. I thought that I had tried nearly every product out there to cure it, but then the folks at Seba Med gave me a sample of their all-purpose sensitive skin wash to give a try.

Seba Med is a UK-based company dedicated to providing users with the safest, most gentle formulas to wash your skin with; all while keeping it moisturized and free of irritants. If there was one word to describe Seba Med products, it would be versatile: the sample bottle that they sent me can be used for much more than just a face or a body wash. In fact, it can be used as a shampoo, a waterproof makeup remover, a shaving cream, sunless tanner prep (try before the Australian Gold tanner!), and aromatherapy after a long day. Seba Med products are also pH balanced, meaning that the pH in the wash matches that of the pH level found in skin. Without the proper pH balance in body care products, skin can be more susceptible to breakdown and deterioration. A healthy pH balance is a beauty must!

Eager to try it out for myself, I decided to first use it on my arms and legs, hoping for an improvement on the red spots, and maybe even a reduction in the bumps that I’ve struggled with for so long. The wash smells great, and it has more of a liquid feel to it than a soapy one, which reassured me of its soap-free, anti-allergen promises.

I lathered the soap-free liquid onto my legs, and then onto my arms, massaging it on for about a minute. I then rinsed it off with warm (not hot) water, and patted the areas dry with a soft cloth. The wash did a great job of making me feel clean, and it left my skin feeling soothed, with no signs of irritation and just a hint of scent leftover. I’m not sure that it will cure my skin problems, but it is one of the very few products that didn’t make the issues even worse. I plan to keep using it to see what happens!
