Spending a lot of time on the computer certainly has its ups and downs. On the one hand, you can stay connected to the online universe…but on the other hand, you can suffer from all the aches and pains that come with sitting improperly. Personally, I tend to put comfort on the back burner when I am knee-deep in writing. But lately I’ve been thinking about making my office space a bit more ergonomically correct. It’s got to be better for your back and shoulders. The first stop is to search for stylish computer desks for home, then a comfortable chair. After that, build around the desk and chair with a proper keyboard (instead of a laptop), and mouse. I love the office pictured above, which is in the home of Monique Lhullier (Elle Décor 2008). So glamourous!
What do you think? Is your home office set up ergonomically?
