There is nothing like a late summer cocktail party – drinks and hors d’oeuvres on the rooftop of a lux hotel, a fabulous view of the city. You never know who you might meet at one of these soirees, so it’s always best to be prepared! You’ll want to rock a killer cocktail dress, one that fits and flatters. A classic LBD (little black dress) always works, but what about trying something in white?
White is feminine and demure, but the trick is to toughen up the look a bit with black accessories. Pair white ruffles and lace with black leather stiletto booties.
